Factors Influencing Service Costs at ETTE
Our standard service plans are priced on a per-user basis to ensure fairness and scalability according to your organization’s actual usage. To determine the user count each month, we run an automated script on your server on the 1st of every month. This script identifies and logs the total number of enabled Active Directory (AD) user accounts at that time.
Please note that we only include active user accounts in our billing calculations—disabled accounts are excluded. Additionally, accounts that are used solely for email purposes (such as shared mailboxes or distribution lists) are not counted toward your billed user total. This approach allows us to provide a transparent and predictable billing structure while aligning with your organization’s real usage patterns.
