The help desk is staffed Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM ET. We work to these response objectives: Urgent 20 minutes, High Priority 60 minutes, Normal 90 minutes, and Change Requests 8 hours. Every ticket is triaged the moment it's submitted.
Yes. When an issue can't be solved remotely, a technician comes to you. On-site service is available in the Washington, DC metro area, and remote support is available nationwide.
