Built for organizations that already have IT staff

An internal IT manager or small team knows your organization better than any vendor will — and is also one person deep, on call every vacation, and expected to be expert in everything. Co-managed IT keeps your people in charge while ETTE adds what a team of one can't: help desk depth, after-hours and absence coverage, and specialists in security, cloud, and Microsoft 365.

How the split typically works

Your team keeps the work that benefits from institutional knowledge — vendor relationships, line-of-business applications, strategic projects. ETTE takes the interrupt-driven load: tickets, patching, monitoring, backup verification, security operations. The boundary is written down during onboarding, not discovered during an outage.

DC-local when it matters

Escalations aren't a phone queue in another time zone. ETTE engineers dispatch on-site across the DC metro area from Friendship Heights, and your staff can walk an issue over to a named engineer who already has your environment documented.

What it costs

Co-managed plans are priced per user like everything else we sell — see the pricing page. Many DC organizations start co-managed and later move to fully managed IT as staff turn over; the documentation carries across.

ETTE is headquartered at 5335 Wisconsin Ave. NW, Suite 440, Washington, DC 20015 — in Friendship Heights, with on-site coverage across the DC metro area and remote support nationwide. Call 202-345-1965 or send a message.
