ETTE’s managed cloud infrastructure makes the frustration and complexity of maintaining your own servers disappear. When a client either doesn’t have or wants physical servers, we can provide highly performant virtualized servers that come with properly licensed software from Microsoft. The virtual infrastructure is our most popular, cost-effective option for small to mid-sized businesses.
The ETTE-managed cloud is run on Dell-powered 14th generation servers, dedicated to each client for maximum security and performance, running all solid-state flash hard drives and the latest processors. Your managed server is attached to a speedy 10 Gbps (Gigabits per second) Internet backbone, which provides for top-level performance. The cluster is monitored 24×7 at 30-second intervals, using advanced technologies to ensure maximum performance and stability. The data on our cluster is backed up both at the image level (a snapshot of the operating environment and all the settings) and the file level (individual data files are saved and individually recoverable). Your data is kept safe through regular off-site backups outside the Washington, DC metro area.

ETTE can help your organization enjoy the best benefits of co-location without selling you more than you need. As each client is unique, so is each contract. We will sit with you to get a detailed understanding of your organizational IT needs and will make an honest inventory and assessment of the IT equipment you propose to supply for co-location. We will explain to your organization, in human terms, exactly why we recommend or do not recommend a particular service for your organization. We price our service per seat, so as your user base expands or ebbs, so will your costs. We can send proactive warnings if your organization is incurring added costs for supplemental services.
