Common Causes of Disconnections
Repeated disconnections are a sign of a poor network connection. However, you will need to check if this issue is specific to your server session, or if it is an issue with your overall internet connection. The easiest way to check this is by trying another internet task while disconnected from the server, such as accessing a couple of different websites or loading a video.
If you are working from home and determine that the issue is with your home internet, you will need to contact your internet service provider to help resolve the issue. Otherwise, please contact the Helpdesk right away so that we can assess how to get you reconnected as quickly as possible.
