  5. What is Single Sign On (SSO)?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a type of login or authentication that allows users to sign into different applications using one username and one password. As an example, without an SSO service, a user may have to use separate passwords for their email account and Zoom account. With an SSO service, the user could sign into both with one username and password.
