To make an image accessible you need to use Alternative Text (alt text) or add a description under the image. Alternative text is the description of an image that is recognized by the screen reader, you can write the description for the image in the back end of your website, the general rule is alternative text exists for every image that contains knowledge that would be lost if the image was lost, it is not for decorative or background images.
