Unless notified otherwise, we only backup your data that is stored on your servers. We perform file-level backups of your data like Word documents and Excel spreadsheets every 15 minutes. We also take image-based backups of your serves daily. Both backups are then replicated to another data center in Herndon, Virginia.
As a best practice, you should always keep your files stored on your server so that it’s backed up in a near real-time fashion.
