Weeks 2 to 3: Deployment. We install and configure our core tools: remote monitoring and management, endpoint protection, and web filtering. Security goes on every device. We take over day-to-day support.
Weeks 3 to 4: Optimization. We apply security baselines, optimize your licensing (you would be surprised how many organizations are paying for licenses nobody uses), and conduct a 30-day environment review.
Weeks 5 to 8: Maturation. We finalize documentation, wrap up any remaining migration tasks, and transition into ongoing support. By this point, your team knows who to call, your environment is documented and secured, and you have a partner that is invested in your success.
You get an onboarding specialist as your single point of contact. They coordinate with your existing provider, keep all parties aligned, and run weekly check-in calls so nothing falls through the cracks.
