Ongoing Accessibility Service

Keep your website Section 508 accessible, every week.

Accessibility slips when content changes. Our Weekly 508 Monitor re-checks up to five of your pages every week against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, logs every issue it finds, and sends you a plain-language report with fix guidance your web developer can act on.

How it works

Set it up once. We watch every week.

Section 508, the ADA Title II web rule, and most grant agreements all point to the same technical standard: WCAG Level AA. A one-time audit tells you where you stand today. Monitoring tells you when a new page, plugin update, or content edit quietly breaks it.

Tell us which pages

Your homepage plus up to four more pages. Leave the list blank and we pick the most-visited top-level pages automatically.

We scan weekly

A real browser loads each page and runs the axe-core engine against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA plus the Section 508 rule set.

Every issue is logged

Each finding is recorded with the page, the rule, the WCAG criterion, and the exact element, so you can prove progress over time.

You get a readable report

An ETTE advisor reviews the findings and sends you an email, ordered by severity, with a fix link for each item. Clean week? You get told that too.

    Questions people ask

Is an automated weekly scan the same as being 508 compliant?

No. Automated tools detect only part of the standard. Keyboard operation, screen-reader flow, caption quality and PDF accessibility need a person. The monitor keeps regressions from piling up between manual reviews; for a full audit we recommend our partner Results One, LLC.

Will the scan affect my website?

Each scan loads five pages once, from a single browser, roughly the load of one visitor. Nothing is submitted, no accounts are created, and we never test pages behind a login unless you ask us to.

Who sees the report before I do?

An ETTE advisor reviews every report before it goes out so the wording is right and false positives are removed. The raw log is yours on request.

Can I change the pages later?

Yes. Reply to any weekly report, or submit this form again with the same website address and the new page list.
