LawrencePresident

A native of Washington, DC, Lawrence combines his appreciation of technology with a commitment to help local business owners overcome their IT challenges. Back in the day he worked with Fortune 500 companies, and today, he employs a team of dedicated professionals who have worked with large and small businesses in a wide range of industries. Formed in 2002, ETTE, Empowerment through Technology and Education, has been fortunate enough to work with many of the leading Silicon Valley startups and non-profits.

Taylor – Chief Technology Officer

Taylor hails from Washington, DC and utilizes his extensive knowledge and experience as ETTE’s Chief Technology Officer. Though now working more in management, he understands the importance of delivering best-in-class IT products and services to clients. Over the years, he’s had a great deal of hands-on experience in helping companies develop and implement strategic and customized IT plans. Taylor brings a technical mind, a critical eye, and a flexible approach to the art and science of IT technology services.

Oscar – IT Support Technician

With a decade of experience, Oscar is a highly skilled IT technician who specializes in IT solutions and troubleshooting.  He has worked with multiple operating systems, servers and all types of hardware.  His unique approach to problem solving, makes him exceptionally qualified to deliver outstanding services to our clients.

 

Allyson – Training Contractor

As a professional with 15 years of experience, Allyson earned a Master of Business Administration from Averett University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the areas of IT training. Allyson has worked in every capacity, from Information Technology support, network administration and management, project management, trainer, and adjunct instructor. She provides our customers with top-notch training courses, including assistance with ISO certification.

 

Bolivia Team

Brigida – Bolivia Business Manager

Brigida handles the day-to-day operations in ETTE’s Bolivia office. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and highly qualified to manage our business operations in Bolivia. Her training, experience and commitment to excellence give her the competitive edge. In addition to her regular duties, she ensures that our organization complies with all local laws in Bolivia and that our foreign business operations conform to multi-national standards.

Camila – Operations Manager

Camila handles all inbound calls and coordinates the team’s scheduling. She has experience working in Fortune 500 companies. She is fluent in 5 languages and fully dedicated to serving our customers.

Alejandro – Lead Support Technician

As a Microsoft Certified technician, Alejandro is fluent in English and Spanish. He oversees our Bolivian team members as they work to help clients discover solutions for their IT problems. His primary responsibility is to ensure that service desk requests are handled efficiently. As a skilled manager, talented troubleshooter, and service-oriented pro, Alejandro stays on top of the latest IT technology.

Catherine – IT Support Technician

Catherine holds Microsoft Certification and is bilingual (English/Spanish) as well. She handles service desk requests and works vigorously to help client with their IT problems. As an experience professional, Catherine oversees monitoring operations.

Patricia – IT Support Technician

Patricia recently graduated University with a degree in Information Technology and is fully trained in all types of IT support.  Her hands-on approach to problem solving enables her to resolve problems quickly and competently.  Patricia is bi-lingual and handles Tier 1 support requests for ETTE’s Bolivia office.
