Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly-competent recent graduate, who is looking to engage with all company members—

start-up mode due to a recent surge in new lines of business. The individual will work primarily with the CEO on
various projects, including Salesforce implementations, custom software development, AI-related projects,
government sub-contracts, and local small business IT. The ideal candidate will be self-motived and have a strong
sense of personal responsibility. They will have a high aptitude for learning and a strong sense of curiosity. An ideal
candidate is guided by traditional personal and business ethics, and consistently demonstrates a willingness to
perform work at varying levels (e.g., attending CEO meetings to working password resets). There should be an
appreciation for learning about and experiencing firsthand all aspects of the company; someone with an
entrepreneurial spirit, who is looking for a multi-year engagement that has the potential for becoming a
permanent offer. Diversity in thought and approach are appreciated and expected.
